The WALTER BUSINESS-PARK was founded in 1988. The idea behind it's creation was to offer office and warehouse space in flexible combinations to fit your individual needs. These can be combined and extended as required. The first building phase began in 1989.

Since then 6 building phases have been completed in 2-3 year cycles, giving a current rental space of 55,000m² (98,000m² when complete). The "Office + Warehouse" theme has been constantly developing since completion of the first phase in order to increase flexibility.

The WALTER BUSINESS-PARK, Austria's largest private business park, offers it's tenants a cultivated park landscape, complete with trees, flowers, biotopes and fountains. Administration and maintenance of the units are dealt with directly by WALTER BUSINESS-PARK.

The WALTER BUSINESS-PARK currently houses 52 renowned companies with approx. 1,000 employees, who appreciate the quality of the location and the comfortable friendly atmosphere in the "WALTER PARK".
