A new look for the WALTER BUSINESS-PARK

Last year the WALTER BUSINESS-PARK celebrated its 30th birthday. The ideal time to thoroughly modernise the buildings. Soon the properties will have a new look.

The office and warehouse buildings, most of which were built in the 1990s, will be given a youthful, ultra-modern façade. Panels made of Alucobond were chosen as the material for the exterior shell. They are characterised by their low weight and high resilience. High-quality aluminium windows with heat insulating triple glazing, new entrance doors and electric roller shutter warehouse doors complete the new look. 

The future energy demand was also reconsidered and a sustainable energy concept was worked out. This includes the construction of a photovoltaic system and the production of e-charging stations for tenants and their guests.
