There were many reasons for a memorable celebration at this year's barbecue event: First, there was the excellent weather and the great culinary program. And then there were the two anniversaries of WALTER IMMOBILIEN and WALTER BUSINESS-PARK. The latter is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, while WALTER IMMOBILIEN is celebrating a proud 20 years.
Tenants in the WALTER BUSINESS-PARK enjoy many benefits: maximum flexibility in the size, design and equipment of the office and warehouse space offers room for a wide range of requirements. Hexagon Austria is a prime example of this and has built up its own Experience Centre in the warehouse premises and also designed attractive offices.
With our eighth christmas event at WALTER BUSINESS-PARK, we have made our pre-Christmas get-together a tradition once and for all. Over 200 tenants exchanged ideas, enjoyed fresh Kaiserschmarrn at Walters and looked forward to the Christmas holidays that are just around the corner.
For almost a year, DoN has been running the Walters x DoN Flavour District, bringing a diverse lunch menu to the WALTER BUSINESS-PARK. With autumn comes a popular culinary highlight for the first time - the Martini goose.

A rent in the WALTER BUSINESS-PARK means first and foremost flexibility: growing at the location when necessary is just as much a part of it as the countless possibilities for combining or designing office and warehouse space.
This year’s barbecue event for all tenants of the WALTER BUSINESS-PARK took place in front of the Walters. As usual for this event, the atmosphere was excellent: The almost 250 guests could taste their way through the grilled specialties and had the opportunity to make new contacts.
Spring is just around the corner and with it we are reminded of how colourful our environment is when everything flourishes.
Last year was again positive & productive at the WALTER BUSINESS PARK: we successfully continued to ensure a high level of well-being for our tenants, and were also able to create an additional on-site asset with the construction of the restaurant WALTERS. As a result, some more exciting companies decided to begin renting space in the WALTER BUSINESS PARK. For example, the company SCUTUM.

After a long wait, the time has finally come. In January 2023, Walters restaurant will open its doors and bring culinary delights to everyday working life in Wiener Neudorf. Four different zones of the DoN Flavour District will allow indulgence for all your demands.

Once again, the WALTER BUSINESS–PARK was able to invite all tenants to the popular BBQ at the end of June - new contacts were made & existing friendships strengthened. The event was very well attended, with a great atmosphere and entertainment late into the evening.
Anyone who approaches Object 77 in the WALTER BUSINESS PARK will notice the wonderful scent of freshly roasted coffee in the air. The reason for this is the Italian company Hausbrandt, which moved its location to Wiener Neudorf in the WALTER BUSINESS-PARK in 2018 in order to supply its Austrian customers with coffee, wine and beer of the highest quality.
Despite the challenging time over the course of the pandemic, we recorded a further, strong increase of new & well-renowned tenants. Forward-looking companies of the construction, paper and automotive industry decided to choose our office & warehouse combinations at WALTER BUSINESS-PARK and benefit from the numerous advantages on offer.
After a year’s break due to Covid-19, the long-awaited WALTER BUSINESS-PARK barbecue has finally taken place again. The event, held on site each year, has become a beloved tradition, attracting both tenants and employees.
On Thursday 12th August 2021, we were able to proudly keep a promise: "postponed is not cancelled". The ceremony for what is probably Austria's most innovative company restaurant project, finally and formally took place.
Beginning of May, the Austrian branches of MC Bauchemie and Botament moved to WALTER BUSINESS-PARK.
Property 45 in IZ NÖ-Süd in Wiener Neudorf with 650 m² of office space and 1,500 m² of warehouse space will soon undergo a technical, energetic and visual refurbishment.
Last year the WALTER BUSINESS-PARK celebrated its 30th birthday. The ideal time to thoroughly modernise the buildings. Soon the properties will have a new look.

For the 6th year in a row, WALTER BUSINESS-PARK invited tenants to the pre-Christmas get-together. More than 250 tenants accepted the invitation this year and were pleased to have the opportunity to network with their neighbours away from day-to-day business.

Since September 2018, we are pleased to have „GEZE Austria“ among our tenants. „GEZE“ is a German family business operating worldwide, which has had a branch in Salzburg since 1999. In addition to this, „GEZE“ has now opened another site in the WALTER BUSINESS PARK in Wiener Neudorf.
In July 2018, we welcomed the company „HAUSBRANDT Trieste 1892“ as a new tenant in building phase7. The company „HAUSBRANDT Trieste 1892“ chose a combination of office and warehouse space.
For the last few weeks, our tenants have been enjoying the "CrossFit Box" gym in the WALTER BUSINESS PARK. Since last autumn, the team of "CrossFit LASTKRAFT" has been successfully using the premises in the WALTER BUSINESS PARK as a training facility.
Already running for the fifth time and therefore well on its way to becoming a tradition we again hosted a pre-Christmas gathering. Our guests were well taken care of with punch, tea and numerous culinary delights.
This year the WALTER BUSINESS-PARK team again invited all tenants to spend a nice get-together on the occasion of the traditional grill evening in the WALTER PARK.
The energy-efficient building sets standards in state-of-the-art building services, elegance and diverse uses. 80% of the office and warehouse space is already rented out.
So that firefighting operations run successfully in an emergency, we organise a fire drill every year with the fire brigade.
