Right at the start of the new year, Walters x DoN Flavour District in the WALTER BUSINESS-PARK is offering a gastronomic experience in addition to its varied lunch menu. From January 13th to 31st, DoN chef Jian Yong Mu will be a guest in the Walters kitchen, bringing the incomparable flavours of his native China to the Walters Salon.

 

Mr Mu can look back on decades of experience and has honed his craft as a chef in leading hotels in Beijing in order to conjure up the variety and flavours of Chinese cuisine at the highest level on guests' plates. So you can look forward to authentic delicacies created by Mr Mu with great finesse and attention to detail.

 

The highlight of the culinary journey is the Chinese New Year's Duck, which is served exclusively on January 29th, Chinese New Year's Day: crispy Peking duck with pancakes, plum sauce, spring onion and cucumber - a feast for the palate!
