"HAUSBRANDT Trieste 1892" opened a new company location

In July 2018, we welcomed the company „HAUSBRANDT Trieste 1892“ as a new tenant in building phase7. The company „HAUSBRANDT Trieste 1892“ chose a combination of office and warehouse space.

"HAUSBRANDT Trieste 1892" is the oldest roasting plant in Italy. The family company's Italian espresso is sold in over 70 countries. Of course Vienna's location at "the centre of Europe" has special meaning for this company with a rich history. From here the Zanetti family wants to expand the Eastern and Southeast European markets.
