Ceremony for groundbreaking company
restaurant „Walters“
On Thursday 12th August 2021, we were able to proudly keep a promise: "postponed is not cancelled". The ceremony for what is probably Austria's most innovative company restaurant project, finally and formally took place.
Restaurant “Walters” at the WALTER BUSINESS‑PARK will offer high level catering to the companies located there, as well as to those visiting the industrial centre.
Renowned architects & the green embrace of nature
In order to realise this project, well-known architects were invited to present their best ideas for a unique restaurant in the WALTER BUSINESS‑PARK. In the end, an impressive and modern design prevailed, catching the eye with a “green lung and oasis of peace” in the middle of the restaurant. This approximately 400m² forest, which will welcome guests with crisp, cooling air and the woody scent of wild herbs, can undoubtedly be described as the highlight of such a construction.
Diverse restaurant areas to cater for all tastes
To meet the expectations of all guests, different zones will be established around the inner courtyard, such as an ‘a la carte’ restaurant, a self-service area, a cafeteria and an open kitchen. The tables and benches set out at the edge of the forest will invite you to have a relaxed chat with friends, colleagues and business partners. The interior will be furnished with comfortable seating areas and a range of elegant high tables, and wood will play a dominant role in the decor, providing a fresh and modern ambience.
Restaurant "Walters" will offer space for more than 300 guests and will impress with its excellent cuisine.
