A new location for HEAT in the WALTER BUSINESS-PARK

With HEAT gas technologies GmbH, we welcome another tenant to the WALTER BUSINESS-PARK, who relies on a flexible and well-thought-out location solution. The engineering company from the field of natural gas and environmental technology has chosen our real estate primarily due to the versatile usage options.

HEAT occupies around 700 m² of office space in the WALTER BUSINESS-PARK - modernly equipped with spacious workplaces and comfortable lounge areas - supplemented by a custom warehouse solution. This functional combination was a central factor in the choice of the new location for the company headquarters, as were parking facilities directly on site.

According to Managing Director Florian Kramreiter, the decisive factor in the decision was ultimately the coherent overall package: the proximity to the previous location, the visible focus on ongoing investments in the real estate and our flexibility in interior design to adapt the spaces exactly to the company's requirements. This not only creates optimal working conditions, but also offers a solid basis for future growth.
